Return Policy
At Aquarium Academy we are committed to making your online
shopping experience a pleasant one. There are a few important
things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased
from the Aquarium Academy Online Store:
Returns must be requested and pre-approved over e-mail to the
support@aquariumacademy.net address within 15 days of the original
order. The following information must be included:
1) Order date and invoice #
2) Items to be returned
3) Reason for the return
4) Confirmation that the product hasn’t been opened and has original
packaging
Once approved, the following conditions will apply to the return …
1) Package must be shipped back at your expense within 7 days of
confirmation.
2) We will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover costs that were
incurred with original sale.
3) Credits for the returned merchandise will be an Aquarium Academy
Credit
Returns & Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the
order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has
been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you would like to return
