Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer UPS Ground Shipping. All pricing is USD.
Please note when using UPS shipping we cannot request or
guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver
your package by 8:00 p.m. on the estimated date of delivery. Due
to the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO
addresses, we will be unable to ship to these addresses. You
should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve
placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam
folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important
because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you
also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and
tracking information. If you receive your order and it is damaged
by the delivery company, please notify us that same day to report
any damages. If possible, refuse delivery of the broken or
damaged items.

Return Policy
At Aquarium Academy we are committed to making your online
shopping experience a pleasant one. There are a few important
things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased
from the Aquarium Academy Online Store:
Returns must be requested and pre-approved over e-mail to the
support@aquariumacademy.net address within 15 days of the original
order. The following information must be included:
1) Order date and invoice #
2) Items to be returned
3) Reason for the return
4) Confirmation that the product hasn’t been opened and has original
packaging

Once approved, the following conditions will apply to the return …
1) Package must be shipped back at your expense within 7 days of
confirmation.
2) We will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover costs that were
incurred with original sale.
3) Credits for the returned merchandise will be an Aquarium Academy
Credit

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the
order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has
been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you would like to return
